Do you have a return policy?

Presentlee stands behind our products and our goal is to exceed all customer’s expectations. We will always do our very best to resolve all questions and issues to ultimately take care of our valued customers. Due to the nature of some of our products being custom made, we cannot always accommodate every return, however we will look at every situation on a “case by case” basis and will do our very best to treat every customer with care and respect.

Need to make a return or exchange? It’s easy with Presentlee. Email us at info@presentlee.com. Provide us the order number if you have one (a receipt or confirmation number is helpful, but not necessary). Explain what the issue is and we will be glad to provide a solution for you!

How long does it take for my order to ship?

Most products ship within 5-7 business days. Custom orders may take longer. Some items have an overnight option. Please look at the USPS map linked in the description of each item to see if you qualify for overnight shipping.

 Will I receive tracking information once my order has shipped?

Yes. You will receive an email with confirmation of shipment and tracking information once your order has shipped.
